4D Jones are a Rhythm and Blues band based in Norwich, they've been in existence since the late 1990, Most of the members have at some time or another been in other bands together, notably Morty Macvicar and Dig Those Heels plus others from the collection of bands from the early 1980s Norwich Scene.
